Well, my name is Dane Rambo and I am a real estate investor. I buy houses AAA, Which stands for As is, Any condition, Any situation. I got into Real estate Investing back in 2020 during the pandemic of covid. This was after my third Back surgery and 25+ years of driving truck, which led to my back problems. I had to figure out what I could do for some sort of income and be able to help people at the same time. Long story short, My mom was going through very hard times financially and physically, health wise and she needed to sell her house, And hopefully get enough money to be able to live the rest of her life on, But the house was far from being in perfect condition to list with a realtor and she did not have the money to do any repairs that would be required to sell traditionally.
